User Responsibilities

As a user of Hello Carer, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not impersonate any person or entity
• Conduct your own due diligence when selecting a care provider
• Report any suspicious or inappropriate activity to us

For Care Providers

Care providers listed on Hello Carer additionally agree to:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date profile information
• Hold all required regulatory approvals and registrations
• Comply with CQC (Care Quality Commission) requirements where applicable
• Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Not make false or misleading claims about services

Prohibited Activities

You may not use Hello Carer to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or providers
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Data Extraction: Use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means or interface not provided by us to access the Service or to extract data.
• System Abuse: Circumvent any content-filtering techniques we employ, or attempt to access any service or area of the Service that you are not authorized to access.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without explicit written permission
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
