Join our Customer Success team as a Care Advisor and help families find the perfect care solution for their loved ones.
About the Role
As a Care Advisor at Hello Carer, you'll be the first point of contact for families seeking care. You'll guide them through the process of finding and selecting care providers, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from families via phone, email, and live chat
- Understand individual care needs and recommend suitable providers
- Guide families through the Hello Carer platform and search process
- Build and maintain relationships with care providers
- Collaborate with the team to improve service delivery
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and understanding of sensitive family situations
- Experience in customer service or healthcare settings
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Experience
- Background in social care, nursing, or healthcare
- Knowledge of the UK care sector and CQC regulations
- Experience with vulnerable adults or families
- Multilingual abilities (especially Welsh, Punjabi, or Polish)
