About the Role

We're seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Manager to own our marketing strategy and execution. You'll work across content, digital, and brand marketing to grow our audience and drive platform adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
• Manage content strategy including blog, social media, and newsletters
• Optimize digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social)
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI
• Collaborate with product team on go-to-market strategies
• Build and manage relationships with media and partners
• Lead marketing budget planning and allocation

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

• 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably B2C
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
• Data-driven approach with analytics proficiency
• Experience with marketing automation tools
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Desirable Experience

• Healthcare or care sector marketing experience
• PR and media relations background
• Experience with Figma or design tools
• Podcast or video content production
• Event marketing experience
